A community museum housing collections donated by area residents which are utilized in changing gallery display and thematic exhibitions. For history buffs, the Aylmer Museum houses an interesting collection of 19th century Victorian art pieces, a Glass Gallery containing examples of pressed, art, cut and depression glass, as well as a collection of business and private papers. The museum is open March to late November.

THE LARGEST FARMERS MARKET & FLEA MARKET
IN SOUTHWESTERN ONTARIO & CLOSEST TO LONDON
This combination flea market and farmer's market, has been the popular destination for thousands each Tuesday from 8:00-4:00pm. It features the very popular Mennonite baked goods and farm produce of the area . There are a variety of vendors selling produce, meats, baked goods, furniture and so much more. Free admission. Buses welcome.

Every Saturday from the Father's Day Weekend (June 19, 2010) until Thanksgiving Day weekend (October 9, 2010) local farmers gather at a community driven market to offer fresh products and local crafts for sale by local producers.

The Aylmer Farmers Market is located at corner of Talbot and Beech Streets at Elgin Feeds. The market is open from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

The AWMA is a wildlife sanctuary that provides opportunities for waterfowl based recreation, such as bird watching or hunting. Each year in March, between 10,000 and 25,000 Tundra Swans stopover at the Aylmer Wildlife Management Area while migrating to the high Arctic region between Alaska and Baffin Island. At the AWMA, there are trails, wildlife viewing stands, interpretative signs & brochures and plenty of parking.

Situated amidst a 54 acre pine forest, the Pinecroft Gallery and Gift Shop and Green Frog Tearoom occupy an original log cabin built in 1934 and overlook an expansive pond which attracts a great variety of wildlife from the Blue Heron to the Canada Geese. Pinecroft is famous for it’s unique earthenware and stoneware pottery. Pottery workshops are offered throughout the year. Pinecroft also offers a bed & breakfast, guesthouse, massage hut and specials events.
