We offer personalized classes, team building, girls night in, an opportunity to explore and expand, freedom from stress, breathing techniques, self love and an opportunity to find strength where you may never have imagined possible. I teach a Power Vinyasa Flow as well as an alignment focused Hatha Yoga so there is something for everyone. I am 200hr Certified Yoga instructor and am currently studying with Baron Baptiste through the Baptiste Power Institute. I so look forward to meeting you on your mat with your breath and having the opportunity to see you explore, learn and most importantly have fun doing it! Whether you are looking to find more peace in your life or want to loose those last few pounds yoga has something to offer.
