Outdoor Play Space
As per Section 80.19 (Consultation requirements for Outdoor Play Spaces), of the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (Ontario Regulation 191/11), the Town of Aylmer is required to consult the public on the needs of children and caregivers with various disabilities regarding the scheduled purchase and installation of new additional playground equipment components within the Town's Park's System in 2016-17.
The following questionnaire has been designed to address the
requirements under the regulation:
1.) Are you a resident of Aylmer?
2.) Are you a parent, guardian or caregiver to a child with a disability
3.) If yes, is the disability:
4.) What accessibility features would you like to see incorporated in the new additional playground equipment for your child's disability?
5.) What barriers might exist within the playgrounds that would prevent your child from participating?
6.) Other comments?
